Our custom moulding process begins with precision. We create a detailed CAD drawing from the customer’s PDF, CAD file, or original profile, which is submitted for approval before production begins. Once approved, the digital profile is transferred to our CNC grinding system, where each knife is ground to the exact specifications of the drawing. This computer-controlled process delivers exceptional accuracy, consistency, and repeatability—ensuring the same profile is produced precisely every time, whether it is a one-time custom run or reordered years later.
